For R22, R23, R24
Copy all the folders in the corresponding version folder to the Plugins in the C4D installation directory.

For R25
Copy the "Greyscalegorilla" and "win_r25_greyscalegorillahub" folders in the plugins folder to the Plugins in the C4D installation directory. Copy the three folders in the scripts in the Library folder to the scripts in the C4D installation directory.
