This is texture set of basic slightly glossy floor tiles.

Textures are made in substance designer, file is included.

Material is made in PBR fashion and to be as close to the real one as possible.

Textures are tileable.

Render scene is included.

Recommended size of single tile is rougly 45cm x 45cm. Texture is created as one 135cm x 135cm block of tiles.

Texture set contains: Base color, roughness map, specular map, glossines map, normal map, height map and grout mask.

Grout mask can be used to make the tiles or the grout any color or texture you want, same as custom glossines.
