Turn any reference image into a Daz Pose in seconds!
Tired of spending hours manually adjusting bones or wasting money on static pose packs that don't quite fit your scene? Daz Pose Gen AI is your ultimate pose assistant. This is an AI model trained on over 25,000 Daz Studio poses. It detects the human pose from any reference image and converts it directly into a Genesis 8/9 .duf Pose Preset file. Upon purchase, you will receive a standalone .exe program that runs completely offline on your local machine. No internet connection, Python environments, or extra downloads are required.
Key Features:
Infinite Poses: See a cool pose on Pinterest or Google? Just load the image and generate the .duf file. Or can't find that specific pose you have in your head? Just take a quick photo of yourself doing the pose, upload it, and let the AI do the rest!
Massive Time Saver: Get the base pose in seconds. Turn a 30-minute manual rigging process into a 1-minute minor adjustment.
Genesis 8 & 9 Support: Works seamlessly with the most popular Daz figures.
100% Local & Private: Everything runs on your PC. No cloud uploads, no subscriptions.
Image Guidelines for Best Results:
To get the highest accuracy from the AI, please ensure your reference images meet these simple criteria:
Full Body: The entire body (from head to toe) should be visible in the frame.
Clear Limbs: Arms and legs should be clearly distinguishable. Avoid extremely baggy clothing that hides joint angles.
Single Subject: The image should contain only one person.
NOTE: This is an AI-powered assistant, not a magic wand. The model delivers an 80-85% accuracy rate on Genesis bone channels. For complex images (like overlapping limbs or extreme angles), the AI will give you a highly accurate base pose, but you may need less than 1 minute of minor manual joint rotation inside Daz Studio to achieve absolute perfection.
Minimum System Requirements:
OS: Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit)
GPU: NVIDIA GPU with at least 4 GB VRAM (Required for stable AI model processing)
RAM: 8 GB System RAM
Storage: 8 GB free disk space
Model History:
So far, I’ve trained 4 generations of the model:
- PG2 Soft Clip (January): The simplest baseline. ~50% accuracy.
- PG2.5 Combined (February): Expanded the pose data and added a router to differentiate between standing, sitting, and bending poses. ~60% accuracy.
- PG3 Maverick (March): Manually scrubbed and cleaned all the data from scratch. Trained on 1,090 poses rendered from 7 different angles. ~70% accuracy.
- PG4 Capybara (April - Current): Uses a two-tier correction system. A primary AI estimates the general pose, and then 107 micro-models step in to individually correct the error for each specific bone. I even added "expert" models for the 12 channels it struggles with most. Trained on 25,000+ pose files. ~80-85% accuracy.
PG4 Capybara is now officially Pose Generator 1.0.
Daz Pose Gen AI is in active, ongoing development. This V1 release is just the foundation. As I continue to train the AI and refine the algorithms, the accuracy rate will only get higher.
