Neutral standing poses will ALWAYS be handy. Be it for character portraits, background figures, anatomy studies... these are the bread and butter of my pose packs. But do not confuse neutral with boring- with different camera angles, emotions and weights, there is plenty of variety here. Eliminate same-pose-syndrome and bring your characters to life!
