To load in any of the Standing Poses, you can find the 30 Standing poses under your Content Library Tab on the next path :
Content Library > My DAZ 3D Library > People > Genesis 8 Female > Poses > Grimmspring > Standing Poses

When you apply the standing poses you may receive a POPUP Notice regarding POSES exceeding limits when loading. If you do, just select TURN OFF LIMITS and check the remember my preferences option.
