dForce Winter Whimsy Outfit is a cozy, festive clothing set designed for winter scenes and holiday-themed renders. Compatible with both Genesis 9 and Genesis 8 Female figures, the Genesis 9 version is specifically optimized for the Genesis 9 Base Feminine shape to ensure a clean and natural fit.
The set includes a soft sweater with decorative fuzz detailing, matching fuzzy boots, and skirts in both mid-length and short styles. Each skirt is provided in closed and open (undone) variations, giving you flexibility for different looks and poses. A wide range of material, shader, and dForce presets is included to help you easily adjust fabrics, colors, and overall style.
Hierarchical material presets allow quick changes to the outfit’s appearance, while additional material and shader options greatly expand customization possibilities. Multiple adjustment and fitting morphs are provided to help the outfit adapt to a variety of body shapes and poses.
Special shaping morphs are also included, enabling the sweater and skirts to appear as if they are off the figure. These morphs are intended for use when the items are not fitted to a character.
For simulation control, the skirts feature dForce presets for Default (partially dynamic with more structure), FULL (fully dynamic), or OFF (non-dynamic). The sweater can be set to Default (fully dynamic) or OFF. A recommended simulation preset is included to set the Collision Mesh Resolution to Viewport and enable an appropriate collision mode for smoother results.
The fuzz elements are created using strand-based dForce Hair for a realistic look, but they are intentionally non-dynamic, as fully dynamic hair can interfere with dynamic clothing simulations.
