OTN stands for: Over The Nose.
You will get one of the most traditional gags you see in DID scenes, this OTN gag have 7 material options, 2 bones, 5 morphs and you will get one morph for your Genesis 8 Female called "GJ - OTN Gagged" that will add a collision to you model and make the scene more realistic.
