Sci-Fi Signage

Most Sci-Fi sets are pretty sterile and void of bright lights except for when you get "DownTown".
That's when you are blasted with a rainbow of bright lights in all sorts of languages.
The higher up you go the bigger and brighter they get, screaming out corporate names and begging for your attention.
What do you care, as long as they light the alley across the street?
The targets do any minute and it's been weeks since your last payday.
